How to Register
You may register for the retreat by e-mail, by mail, or fax. Please register for the Retreat before July 20th to ensure a place at the retreat. On July 20th the rooms we have reserved for the Retreat may have to be released. After that date please call the YMCA to find out which rooms are available.
If you would like to share a room with a specific person, please register on the same form. If you do not have, or specify a roommate, we will assign roommates by gender. For each person in the group or family, print the full name on the form. Please use an extra sheet as needed. Please indicate the age of all participants less than 18 years of age to help us with housing assignments and to better coordinate the children’s and teens programs. Also please give us a name and telephone of a close relative or friend who we can notify in case of an emergency. We will be sending your confirmation information to the person and address filled out at the top of the registration form. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation letter with pertinent information three weeks after we have received and processed your registration. A colored brochure with a map will be included which has much helpful information about your stay at the Estes Park Center/YMCA of the Rockies.

Special Interest Dharma Discussion Groups
We will be arranging our discussion groups according to geographic regions so that you can connect with other practitioners who live near you. We will also have special interest groups that are listed below. If you are interested in one of them please circle the ONE group of your choice. If you do not circle one of the below we will put you into a group according to your geographic region. Availability of special interest groups will depend on number of participants and logistic limitations.
